01 — The Résumé

Accomplished leader in transformation and intelligent operations.

I design and lead the development of business applications using AI/ML, Alteryx, and Microsoft's Power Platform — modernizing manual processes into state-of-the-art software. Across an 8+ year career at Grant Thornton I've guided global, cross-functional teams through high-stakes product and change initiatives, with builds responsible for >$100M in projected revenue generation and resource-hour savings — driven by automation, machine learning, and disciplined judgment about where AI does (and doesn't) belong.

iasc.x — Power Platform Factory Lead

  • Lead an international Agile team building AI/ML and automation products on Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx, OCR, and Python — turning manual, spreadsheet-bound finance and operations processes into governed, production software used across the firm and its clients.
  • Helped bring empower.x to market — Grant Thornton's change-management application, built on the alyx® platform — giving practitioners data-driven stakeholder, readiness, and impact assessments to run enterprise change faster.
  • Shipped a portfolio of iasc.x solutions — change management, composite tax automation, fraud analytics, digital assembly, and executive-suite reporting — with builds responsible for >$100M in projected revenue generation and resource-hour savings.
  • Built a remote-first Agile delivery framework spanning discovery, build, and ongoing support that measurably improved cross-team collaboration and delivery speed for globally distributed teams.
  • Owned end-to-end product management from discovery through support — balancing automation opportunity against risk, user trust, and a clear view of where AI should not be used.

02 — The EngineA year-plus in the making

Everyone will carry their own agentic SDLC.

The advanced offering of a modern product leader isn't a résumé of past projects — it's a system. A personal, portable software development lifecycle, run by a coordinated team of AI agents, that the individual owns, improves, and carries everywhere.

I've been building mine for over a year. It takes a raw idea and carries it the whole distance — to a deployed, global platform — with the discipline, review, and testing that keep the code genuinely good at every step. It was ready before the organizations were; when Grant Thornton matured enough to use it, I bolted it on, improved their system from the inside, and kept refining. No matter where I go, I always have my agentic SDLC — and it compounds.

This engine built the two products below — and a great deal of Grant Thornton work I'm not able to show publicly.

What makes it different

01

Spec-first, always

Every change runs a full OpenSpec lifecycle — proposal, design, specs, tasks, implement, document. Intent is written down and agreed before a line of code exists. Nothing ships on a vibe.

02

An org, not a bot

Not one chatbot — a coordinated team of specialized agents: requirements, product, and parallelization planners feeding backend, AI, frontend, review, release, and docs builders, all under an orchestrator.

03

Adversarial quality

Five validation layers and five testing tiers — including 'defeat' tests written to break the code, and real-browser verification where screenshots are read back and checked with actual eyes.

04

Idea → global platform

The same pipeline that scopes a one-line idea carries it through parallel builds, proof, and gated deploys until it's a production platform real people use — not a demo that dies in a notebook.

05

Self-improving

Persistent memory, pattern-hunting, and a seven-level maturity model mean the system learns from every build. It gets measurably better the longer it runs.

06

Portable & owned

A year-plus of work, entirely mine. It bolts onto whatever organization I join and improves their system from the inside — and leaves with me, sharper than before.

Prospecta

An AI portfolio & advisory platform, live in production.

Prospecta pairs an AI advisor chat with an automated portfolio scheduler — built end-to-end, deployed, and running. It's the clearest expression of how I think: real users, real money, real judgment about where the model leads and where a human must.

LinguaFlow

Human-to-human language learning, reimagined.

A mobile platform that connects real learners with real teachers — using AI only as backend scaffolding (transcription, question-matching, quiz generation from human-curated content), never as the tutor. Privacy-first, with 6,000+ passing tests behind it.
